Does /ck/ have a "special sauce" they like to use? Pic rel, combined those and put it on fried/breaded gizzards. Fucking amazing, will be trying it on wings next.

The closest thing I have to a special sauce is my applesoy shikken huang™ sauce. I marinate/brine the haung in a salty version of the sauce overnight, then bake until crispy, and then lightly glaze with a less salty and reduced version.

It's a bit of work and stinks the house up like shikken huang and applesauce but it's worth it.
