I only watch his videos when I've run out of other things to watch whilst drunk.

I tried making a couple of his recipes (kfc one, beef bourguignon and one of his bread recipes) just to see what they were like, generally they aren't too bad but they all had really bad faults, like the bread had far too little salt in than what was on the recipe and the beef and bacon in the bourguignon was all incredibly dry (though the sauce was quite nice) this was because of how much he says to reduce the sauce by.
