Why are zoomers so fucking based though? Back in my day, trying to revive the hippie aesthetic in skating put you in the fringe class of hipsters, but these kids wear tie dye and they skate all the time too. The jock kids also dress like this, and they openly talk about anime and they play MtG in school, I never thought I'd see a football bro playing Yu-Gi-Oh and shit during lunch or study hall. The cliques seem to have all merged. Bullying is nothing more than saying mean things online to each other, and not saying a word IRL. Of course they think that's bad, but I got my nose broken just for daring to play magic in front of a jock when I was their age, so I'll consider this a massive improvement.

Personally, I was a genre bender, myself, back then; I skated and listened to punk so obviously I mostly hung out with the skater punks, but I also like anime and card and board and table top games so I hung out with that crowd, but I dressed like the burnouts despite never smoking weed because I just like the colors and designs. I was considered a freak back then, so I had to get into martial arts because the football kids were pretty much given free reign and they used to love fucking with me because I was skinny and didn't know how to fight.
Regardless, I'd love to live those days again but times marches on for us all.
Really, I'd love to live the college years again, those were my fucking prime.
