Everyone's going to say some faggot celebrity, but the chef I admire the most is the one who trained me over the years. When he retired and handed the title and responsibility for his restaurant over to me, that was both the happiest and saddest day of my life. The man was like the father I never had. He passed away a month ago today, and it hurts so bad to know that he's gone forever. He left me the restaurant in his will, god damn he was the most based man I've ever known.
