All the rice and noodle entrees are identical besides pairing with either rice or noodles. It's just different proteins that get used alone, or in combination with other proteins.
Same is true for fried rice, it's all the same shit you just throw a different protein or combination of proteins to make a specific type.

Also most entrees use the same meat but with a different glaze or sauce (orange chicken, general tso's, Mongolian chicken, szechuan chicken, Kung pao chicken, etc)

the same. I see dishes from at least 4 countries/regions on this menu.

On that note, this place looks interesting and I'd love to try so many things here. I'd probably go with the Beef or Malaysian Chow Fun. I'm also curious how their Viet and Taiwanese dishes are. If I'm ordering family style for several people I'd get the Pork Chop with Salt and Pepper, Beef with Satay Sauce, Egg Plant Szechuan style, Wonton with Chili Sauce, Drunken Wine Chicken, Szechuan Pickled Cucumber, and Pineapple Fried Rice.
