I use lime on everything I can, chicken soup to salads as a plain dressing with salt to elotes to potato chips with hot sauce.
I also keep reposting the protosalad that is raw vegs like baby carrots, jicama, cucumbers, radishes, bean sprouts with lime, salt, hot sauce, sometimes tajin.
And obviously all the fruits with lime they do at Mexican raspado places. Lime is the best.
