Not extremely appetizing looking and it looks to be light on spice of any sort but I'm sure it's edible. Add some Tony Chachere's to that. Ideally you'd have added taco seasoning to the hamburger before you added it but that ship has sailed.

Does look light on seasoning but I am all about throwing a ton of stuff in a bowl, mixing and eating. Personally this looks pretty appetizing and the corn was a good add.

The first time I ever tried making a potato stew I used instant potatoes to thicken it, used way too much and it ended up looking like that. Tasted pretty bad too.
