I've been working in restaurants/catering for well over a decade. I absolutely hate doing shit like banquets, buffets, charcuterie boards, plated desserts, etc., but I've done so many that it's just mindless at this point. I'll admit I wouldn't have opened up every DT item if I wasn't planning on taking a picture, but usually I just take the stuff out of the bag and put it down in a way I think looks nice. It's not something I'm proud of; it just becomes second nature.

Haha, I have no idea. Taco Bell is notoriously inconsistent with their portion sizes - which always makes it feel like an adventure. If I had to guess I'd say they ran out of the little plastic ramekins they usually put them in, so used the belle grande container instead, and the anon on the line probably thought, "fuck, that doesn't look right; I'll add more to fill up the box". Sometimes you get burned, but other times they hook you up like it's the end of the world, and that's why I keep going back.

It's the best burger I've ever had. We put a lot of thought into everything we do, and when we get a new cheese/bun/produce/etc., we try it, discuss it, try different things, give them to FoH, dish, and whoever happens to be there to get more feedback. Yeah, I'm being lazy as fuck eating a variation on the same burger almost every other day, but it's really quick to throw together at the end of a 10+ hour day, and it's just so good. I have no problem with people who don't go over medium, but this particular one was overcooked for my taste.
