Get yourself one of these things to brew loose tea with and you're pretty much set.
Find a green tea infusion you like and you'll be set for life.
Personally I drink tea for taste, not for energy. When I need a kick I almost always brew myself some yerba (mate)

It's a drink from Argentina, the taste I guess is kind of.. acquired (it has a rather strong, herb-like, earthy taste - i love it).
Has the same effect as caffeine on my body but it is a lot more enjoyable. The effect lasts longer, it steadily creeps up on you as well making you feel more and more awake instead of instantly pushing you to 100% alertness

I'd highly recommend a magnesium supplement in your diet, however the capsules and pills are trash.
Your best bet would be to get food grade Epsom salts, and add a teaspoon to 2 litres of drinking water daily.
The difference is very subtle unlike coffee, however there are no negative knock on effects provided you stick to the RDA.
You'll generally feel more alert, determined to concentrate, feel less fatigued and get a better night sleep.
Aside the benefits of the water you'll now be drinking if you don't already, it's a no brainer. And something often overlooked, if not nigh on completely lacking in our modern diets.

Aside this there is nicotine spray, patches or gum if your seriously desperate.
Yet I'd advise against it due to the potential gateway it could lead you down, and being a stimulant no better than the very coffee your trying to avoid.

Modaf can thin hair if you use it too often. Not really a huge concern in my experience, but can be noticeable if you're popping some every day. I do quarter or half doses and usually wait at least a couple days between taking them. Not trying to scare you off of it either cos it is awesome - essentially the closest thing to that limitless drug of everything I've tried. Drink extra water and try to have a plan for your energy - tends to make you hyperfocus on small tasks if there are no concrete goals you're looking to achieve. Great for cleaning up the place too. Never take with alcohol and be aware it amplifies caffeine and lasts at least like 12 hours. I think that's all my modaf tips. Look into racetams + choline, too.
