I made a tri tip roast with my version of a Santa Maria rub, plus some baked mashed potatoes with plenty of cheddar

I poached then shredded a chicken breast, mixed that with mayo, mustard, salt and pepper and made a toasted chicken and cheese sandwich. I had a big serve of Mexican tomato soup for lunch so I wasn't really that hungry.
