Either others or your own. I had a roommate who would heat the water to boiling for pic rel, then take it off the burner and pour the noodles in. Just let it sit for 7 minutes instead of keeping the heat on. They’d never heard of keeping the heat on for Kraft.

Pasta doesn't need heat, it just needs to rehydrate.

Untrue. Raw flour needs to be cooked, though the residual heat in boiling water is usually more than enough.
Instant pasta, which has already been cooked and then dried, only needs to rehydrate.

I put cheese on the bottom bun when making chili burgers because I like how the bun leaves an imprint like with the McDonald's Filet-O-Fish.

Also make the chili about a day or two in advance and reheat the chili several times until the sauce is a heated, lava like paste that sometimes melts the cheese on contact.

I would scald my tongue if I did this, I already live in a state of mildly singed tongue because I'm an impatient eater.

I thaw meat in my garage, I live in florida. I will probably get sick doing it, but I haven't yet. The freezer is out there and I cant be assed to thaw it 2 or days before or run it under water.
Also I am ServSafe certified at the management level. My house, my body, my life.

It's largely indigestible and reduces digestive efficiency when it comes to certain nutrients. You'll experience a lot of digestive discomfort from it.
This is why even fresh pasta still needs to be cooked.
