You see, every single civilization has eaten breakfast of some kind. People in every country manage to eat several meals, including breakfast, and remain thin. Nothing inherent to a morning meal makes you gain weight, if you can't manage to distribute your TDEE among several meals, that's because you are a fat fuck who can't imagine normal portions.
Seriously, an average weight adult man who does light exercise burns like 2400 kcal per day. That's equivalent to four 600kcal meals.
