I think I like all of them. Garlic fries, Chili fries and cheese fries are a fucking stupid inclusion on this fucking image because its just "the other fries but with a sauce on top" so what the fuck?

I guess if I had to choose a favorite, first of all the cut matters WAY LESS than making them actually right. With that out of the way the regular belgian fries are the ones I make the most often at home because they are the easiest to cut. I wish I could make Tater Tots more often

Best fries I've ever had were from a fish and chips place I used to work at in high school. Just standard chipper in the back that I worked at for like 6 hours each work day. Stored in a bucket filled with water until ready to cook, quick cooler oil blanch before frying, no salt.
