I have autism, and I eat a lot of chinese take out. I like how every restaurant does the same stuff just a little different. I have a few choices in restaurants and my favorite things to get at each one. Theres this one place near me that trys to do a more authentic Chinese menu. They do dim sum till 4pm and serve tripe and chicken feet. They do a really peaking duck there. Actually pretty much everything there except their crab Rangoon is miles ahead of all everywhere in like a 100 mile radius.

There’s a legit Chinese place near me which also has the feet, assorted pork intestines, *real* dim sum service with the little cart they wheel around, etc.
Without exception, the only people I ever see eating the chicken feet in there are Chinese women. They believe the really high collagen content (which it does indeed have) is good for the skin.

The best thing to get is the soup dumpling. They put the soup in the steamed dumpling. The way they do it is they make a super gelatinous soup base and chill it in a pan then cut them into cubes and put the cube in the pork mixture. Then when it steams the soup melts so you get the dumpling full of soup. You have to be careful when picking them up with the chopsticks though cause if you put a hole in the wrapper you could lose all your soup on the table. Happens many times. Sad.

I don't know what happened, but I just can't eat this shit anymore. When I was a kid I used to love this kind of chinese food. Now when I eat it I just notice how bland the chow mein is. The unreal mushy texture of the chicken. All the greasy sauce sitting at the bottom. I miss chinese food bros, but unless I'm going to sit down and pay 50 dollars for a decent meal then it just tastes inedible. For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".

Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.
