I like polish (and euro-imoorts) beer here in Canada because domestic beer does not do 500ml bottles. Craft brew will do 500ml+ but charge 5-8$+ a beer where as it's $2.60-2.80 for the polish beers.
Not sure why north america hasn't switched to larger bottles.

Outside of craft specialty beers our domestic bottling only offer 341ml... I like the flavour out of a bottle over a can but it's inefficient. I can get 2$ tall boys (48x/500ml) or get 6 pack of bottles for about 1.6-1.8 a bottle.

our cans are sourced in the US where the standard is 473 ml, think it has something to do with the aluminum tariffs.

I don't understand, I am talking bottles. But I do see some brands doing 500ml cans.

Pic rel, 500ml bottle, I wish domestic brands did it.

What the actual fuck. The best lager is clearly Łomża: Jasne Pełne.

Pole here, the Czechs make better macro lagers than us
our porters are pretty nice though

Pole here as well, and this is the correct opinion. Chechs just know how to make good cheap beer. Their pilsners are also great.

To be fair everything they have is great. I fucking loved Prague. The knedliczki, the sauce, the meat, the beer, the lovely city. It's just perfect.

Poles are based.

yeah
I think I need to learn how to make knedliky, the things are basically impossible to get here for some reason despite the Czechs being our neighbours and they go really well with any kind of goulash or meat with sauce

True, but Polish lager is still comfortably better than most. In the UK we can never make a decent lager, and imports that get popular are often killed by them deciding to brew it locally on license to cut costs.

I like Warka better despite it being the Polish version of Miller or Budweiser. My only complaint that the local stores around me don't carry it.

It says on the label.
