i'm partial to a recipe i developed, which is more or less your standard chocolate chip cookie recipe with a 3:1 ratio of brown sugar:white sugar (i just eyeball this with white sugar and molasses), extra salt, pistachios and green pepper
it's an extremely delicious mix and is the only recipe i have literally never brought leftovers back from a party/event
i like it with regular milk but i haven't tried a lot of these new nut-milks being hyped so idk

this is my best cookie recipe, everyone I've made them for says they're the best cookies they've ever had
my gift to you, /ck/. Let me know if you like them

>Mix 1 egg, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and 1 tbsp vanilla extract until it pales slightly. Don't skimp on the mixing!
>scrape down bowl, add 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats, 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Mix to combine.
