>> No.16634796

It already is if your palate isn't fried by a sugar-laden processed foods diet rich in overly-palatable foods.

>implying i don't just buy the cream chargers then huff them into my lungs instead

way more fun than whipped cream

A small amount of sugar + vanilla is literally all you need; I prefer to use powdered sugar as it incorporates more easily.

>>16634799
Are you baiting or retarded? Whipped cream is never made with only cream.

I make whipped cream with nothing but heavy cream all the time, it's a delicious topping.

My grandma always just used rich cream, whip that shit until it doesn't come out when you turn over the bowl, then stop unless you want butter. That's it. Put that on any fruit pie or waffles, god DAMN. Any sweetness you might feel is missing can be added then, like hot cherries on the cream and waffles, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream next to the pie. No reason to put sugar in the cream, cream is sorta sweet already on its own.

your grandma sounded fun, RIP, because you used the past tense. I'm sorry you lost your nana.

whipped cream is a topping, you dont need extra stuff in it, you're not eating it on its own

and you add some powdered sugar.

Oh shit, no, she's good. I just haven't been there to have waffles in ages, and I was just trying to say that ever since I first saw her make whipped cream, making it without sugar was always the way I did it too. Also, no mixer. Just a bowl and a smooth wrist.

Vanilla is good, but it's also incredibly overused and simply not necessary in whipped cream as a topping (nor is added sugar).

Fun fact whipped cream made with raw cream needs no sugar.

Whipped cream made with any kind of heavy cream needs no sugar. Anyone who needs sugar in their whipped cream is a fucking junkie.

I use a cordless drill with a whisk attachment.
Hand mixers are too shit overall and stand mixers are more concerned with torque than rpm.

Put one cup of cream in a quart container, tablespoon of 10X, and shake until you can't hear the liquid anymore. Perfect whipped cream.

Not try it with a beater like a functional person. Also add icing sugar if you want it sweet. NOT granulated sugar.
