It depends. Usually I'll eat the crust in situations where it's a shared pizza. It helps if it's dusted with something, or have some extra sauce or some other dipping to go with it. Some crusts are better to eat than others. I might not eat it if there seems to be an excess amount or I want to save some calories and carbs. Buffets? Mostly never. I want to maximize my pizza intake, not my bread intake.
