I have NEVER liked restaurants. I'm not poor, but I am cheap, and I hate overpaying for food that more often than not is unremarkable. And if the food sucks? FUCK my whole evening is ruined.
I know how to cook and I know what I like, I can get adventurous at the grocery store the same way I can do it at a restaurant. I don't need it.
Also I don't like the idea of eating food strangers put their hands on.
