Something about it feels otherworldly.
I enjoy the taste and texture and the feeling like it would be cultivated and served on a spaceship in some distant future.
So clean and pure and good for the body.

I think it's some kind of edible kelp or something. Probably just seaweed. But it's mixed with vinegar and oil, generally topped with sesame seeds. I've seen it with chipped carrots. Adds a nice color to it.

I fucking love that shit, it's too expensive in most places though. There's a Korean market near me that has large containers for a reasonable price but they don't always have it and it's a crapshoot because they sell something identical that tastes kind of funky and it's labeled very similarly.
