How do I cope with the fact that seed oils are used in virtually all restaurants?

unless you already eat very healthily (this is not in doubt)
>5+ serving of fruit and vegetables a day, varying
>seeds, nuts
>fish

then it's ridiculous to be focusing on what you think you shouldn't be doing because it's unhealthy. Those things are almost all questionable.

DO you eat healthily? Serious question.

Sunflower oil in packaged food (like potato chips) is generally fine, as in 9 out of 10 cases it will be the high oleic kind with only 10% PUFA and 80% MUFA.
Check for restaurants that use sunflower oil, if they do, ask them which kind it is.
There's also going to be a high oleic kind of rapeseed oil, but I don't think it's on the market yet.

based
It's funny that people worry so much about things that are """potentially""" unhealthy when they look like pic related.

I eat as healthily as I can. I have my servings of fruit, vegetables, dairy and a bit of meat.

I'm ripped anons. I used to be horrendeously ill-looking and skinny fat when all I ate was PUFA-laden food. I'm just trying to avoid looking like that again, but the quality of food supply has been dwindling for decades.

What the fuck are you doing going to restaurants?
Don’t you know sunlight causes cancer?
And you know what else the sun does? It makes plants produce the very seeds that evil corporations make that poisonous oil with.
It won’t do you any good to avoid eating sun-poison when you’re literally going outside and bathing in that shit.

Not just restaurants, but seed oils are in almost every damn thing in the grocery store, even chicken fat and pork fat has PUFA from their feed. Just sit back and laugh, that's all we can do. Same with the vax.

Don't eat out, it's super expensive for what you get and with the retarded COVID restrictions it's no fun any more anyway.
