Roommates left a bunch of beer but I'm not much of a beer drinker. I thought about putting it to use in something else. Any suggestions?

If it's just the taste you dislike, then mixing with lemonade to make your own shandy is a popular summer option, or with tomato/clamato juice and spice to make michelada.
