I toasted some bread, spread a bunch of this on it, put fried eggs on top, and then a bunch of hot sauce. It was very good

Oh, and I fried the eggs in olive oil because I didn't have any cooking spray. That was kind of hard because the egg whites kind of wanted to displace the oil rather than resting atop it

It happens. Just let the whites fry in the oil to form a crust before you touch it with a spatula

Yeah, eggs are a great thing to use spicy stuff with too because basically any flavor (chipotle, the stuff I posted, habanero, etc.) goes good with it. I also had a little bowl of fresh fruit that I drizzled honey on and topped with some powdered sugar

Ah yes the most important meal despite being shameful and completely unheard of even in the days of peasants undergoing rigorous labour toiling the fields all day long. Very important that you get enough fuel to sit down all day
