Post great condiments. Getting into Tartare sauce not for fish but for sandwiches and other stuff. Looking for something beyond ketchup, mustard, bbq sauce and hot sauce.

Make your own tartar, it's way better and takes 5 minutes to prep.

Mayonnaise
Tiny Garlic Dills, minced
Half a red onion, minced
Lemon Juice
A dash of cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper

Let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour. You can add capers or any other seasoning instead of cajun, it's hard to fuck up tartar.

I have been enjoying a couple purchased condiments lately:
-Blue Plate Spicy cilantro (instead of mayo)
-Duke's White BBQ, which has a hint of horseradish in it, so love it with a roast beef sandwich.
-If you can find it (because I can't find it in FLanymore), is the Hellman's organic Curry mayo which is a copycat of the chicken kitchen/pollo tropical mustard-curry sauce. I like to add a little to my plate when getting a rotisserie chicken, or making a chicken pita wrap.
-Lao gan ma (but an american version)
I use a lot of hot pepper jam and Howards hot piccalilli relish. From hot dogs, to burgers, to a garnish for cheese. I make a homemade chimmichurri or zhoug often.

Minced horseradish goes really well with red meat and fish, stores well after opening and is less nose-punchy than wasabi.
