Breadlet. All good breads are sourdough, no matter the flour, not matter the shape.
Brioche isn't even bread, it's brioche. Ask marie antoinette (didn't actually say that). "They don't eat bread (pain), they eat brioche".

Anyway. The best breads I've eaten so far were french baguette, some kind of german wheat bread (but most of them are barely passable) and a supposedly cossack style rye bread. Ciabatta is too dry. Toast is only technically bread. Brioche is delicious, but as I said it's not bread.
