This is my favorite but I can't eat it all the time, the flavor is too strong. Chicken is the one I eat the most because it's so plain you can do pretty much anything with it. Pork, beef, veal, venison, etc all have unique strong flavors while chicken has very little on it's own which makes it versatile. Turkey is good for that too, but I find it has more flavor than chicken.
