What kinds of meat cuts and bird organs could I buy with foodstamps for my cat? I'm talking stuff I can order on amazon and chop up by hand for her. There's a recipie online that is just beef and cottage cheese minced up together. I want to be able to provide for her solely on food stamps.

Shit cuts of chicken and various types of chicken offal are dirt cheap, my cats love canned fish too. The cheapest canned fish in oil here is like <30c

Fish is okay as an occasional thing but I think it doesn't provide everything they need from meat. And it's not that common but cats are a little more likely to have issues digesting fish, it gives one of mine skin irritation and diarrhea.

Sometimes I'll give them soft scrambled eggs which they seem to like and tolerate fine.

If I was set on making own cat food I would probably buy whole chicken thighs and a few livers, then pressure cook it all together till even the bones break down. And Ice cream scoop out portions on a tray to freeze.
