Not really. Theres a bigger difference in light, dark, unfilitered honey, etc. You probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference between wildflower honey, clover honey, or even a certain region's honey.

Chosing local honey also isn't going to help with allergies because bees use the pollen from local plants activating your histamines. Thats a myth. I don't care if your grandma told you that and it totally works bro. It has more to do with the teaspoon of sugar stimulating your vagus nerve.

I don't like honey, except the ones I grew up with, i.e.: lavender (from south of France) and acacia. As an adult I don't even like them very much: too sweet. But everything else is shit to me.
