read the instructions and follow that. after you hav strained it, add the flavoring first then cook it for longer than the instructions suggest. it won't be wet anymore and the spice will stick to the noodles rather than transferring over and sticking to your tongue.

Bought a few of these and while the taste is great, they are so fucking hot the sides of my tongue hurt just touching my teeth when I'm halfway through, plus it clears out all my sinuses big time.
