I use corn oil to grease the pan with I make a pan pizza. Ive tried olive oil but corn oil taste better on the crust.
I do use a bit of olive oil in my pizza sauce.

Even pizzas that don't use tomato sauce (pizza bianca) or cheese (pizza marinara) still use olive oil. Olive oil and yeast is what makes a pizza a pizza.
