Lighting isn’t very good but I made crispy coconut kale, roasted sweet potatoes, and roasted salmon marinated in a coconut siracha sauce. Pretty good. Will probably make again sometime next week.

i was actually surprised because a lot of the slices were still crispy and crunchy despite me just piling them haphazardly and them taking forever to cook between the first batch and last. ate them with some nice sheep's milk feta
