Whenever I see shit like this, I just think of the gross disgusting Japanese men who wrote the dialogue and drew the characters. Then they had some Japanese women voice the characters, who were probably thinking "what the fuck is this, this isn't even a recipe, this is what someone who eats takeout every day imagines a recipe might look like..." but they just went with it for the pay check.

OP it's just a light beef gravy with mushrooms and onions that you cook steak strips in. put some sour cream in when done and put it on egg noodles. It's not hard but it's not whatever the nips are pushing

No, for several reasons
>a whole fucking bag of flour on the meat
>the milk will curdle
>no seasoning besides salt and pepper
>not removing the skin off the tomatoes
>not sweating the onions
>not chopping the onions and tomatoes into smaller pieces
>tomatoes don't even belong in stroganoff
>no stock
>it's basically bechamel with vegetables and meat
