Hard to say. I've been experimenting a lot with homemade ice cream. I like them all but I loved the one I made with mint from my garden. But others love my fresh chamomile and honey ice cream. I want to make a lemon thyme ice cream but idk. Sage would be interesting too. But chances are my next flavor (currently making a cookie ice cream with homemade cookies) will be ice cream made with the blackberries I pick on my property.
