the point of white chocolate is that it is extremely sweet and doesnt even have any actual chocolate in it. so if you dont like super sweet things then dont eat it. i think it works really well as like an accent to deeper more bitter tastes. but i dont think i could just eat it straight.

That newfangled dark-ish milk chocolate with the sugar replaced by more cocoa solids and more cocoa butter is surprisingly good if somewhat pricey. I wonder what a premium version of white chocolate with most sugar replaced by more cocoa butter would taste like.
