Beef does not cause fluctuance, neither do the other ingredients in that. It could not have possibly been digested by the time you got to work anyways, so both whatever irritated your stomach, and whatever caused the smell had nothing to do with the steak bagel. You probably had some zero-calorie sweetner in your drink that caused some upset or didn't shit in the morning and had some other foods the night before responsible for the smell (sorbitol/sugar alcohol rich garbage and chicken). Also, decomposing food is a good way to gain an idea of the scent. If you leave chicken wings out, they stink terribly after a few days, enough to make you want to throw up. Farting really results from especially chicken consumption, and has a bad smell to it.
I eat beef and vegetables mostly and do not have an issue with odors and flactuence. Eat soy, eat chicken, boxes of cookies or other disgusting snacks, eat ranch or hot sauces, even rice to an excess (the original eat the bugs tier food) then you'll be farting and sticking it up. Flactuence is a sign someone doesn't have control of their diets. Garbage in = Garbage out.
