They used to have a fun slacker aesthetic until they rebranded to a weird classic rock theme but kept the dumb order names anyway. Last time I was there their decoration was posters of shitty celebrity lookalikes.

I'm in California so there's a lot of good mexican. Literally any restaurant other than Chipotle for burritos wins out here. Just had a carne asada that was like 50% meat from a local restaurant.

my issue with Chipotle nor Moe's isn't price, because geesh it isn't that bad, at. all.
Moe's other than scaring patrons away with the screamed greeting, has a 1970s wannabe mexican version of their mocked up salsas made with dried chili powder, ick. Not a single good salsa is offered there.

Chipotle figured out how to make 4 salsas perfectly, use white meat or leaner meat without gristle on all of their meats, real crema, serves beer, provides lime wedges, etc. Only issue I have is overseasoned chicken and steak, like copious amounts of fajita seasoning. Give a shredded chicken possibility like every authentic mom and pop serves. No one covers chicken with that shit elsewhere. I am stuck getting pork when I go there, which is always good. I appreciate the brown rice too, something I rarely make at home.

Tried this place a couple years back and it was pretty damn good.
