For one, meat normally doesn't go into a pizza sauce, but that's not a bad twist, the issue is with how it was done. For example the ingredients come in in a wrong order. Achovies should come in early. The pot should be bigger, and you should start with live oil, chopped up garlic, and an anchovie fillet that goes in and you crush it apart with a spoon/whatever to infuse the oil with the grarlic and umami from the achovie. Then you cna use that oil to brown the meat, or just add the tomatoes right after.
