Love this guy. His videos are simple and outside of him mentioning some useful cooking tips they're straight to the point. His humor is also light, very amusing and not intrusive. I use his recipes all the time and he ever failed me ony once with his gay ass lemon garlic grilled shrimp bullshit. All other recipes were great and it's clear that he knows his shit very well.
