yes, especially if you can make your own mayo and grow your own tomatoes (or get lucky and find a good one at the grocery store). tomato quality will make or break the BLT

BLT is pure elemental. club sandwich has additional layers of peculiarity, which make it less universal, less adaptable, more niche. In my experience the coldcut-meat-and-cheese don't sufficiently improve the b-l-t base. One is unfuckwithable, the other, fuckwithable.
