I had my blood drawn like a week ago and it turns out I'm anemic. Ive never had this happen before but I suppose itst because ive been eating very little meats. I don't want to be vegan/vegetarian. I'm just craving more carbs lately than meats. Could be because of stress in my shit life.

How do I make meats appealing again? Any recipes? Shit that isn't meat necessarily that can help my anemia?

i feel you op. i haven't been craving any meat besides chicken for like two years now.
the only way i can trick myself into eating red meat with any regularity is in the form of sausages. also sometimes i can enjoy a pork stew but that's only a weekend meal for me, takes too long to make.

Liver is one of the best sources of iron. You can try liverwurst if you don't like straight liver. Plants don't provide as much iron, but you can try upping your vitamin C intake with more raw fruits and vegetables which helps with iron absorption.

Op here. And it happenes the same to me.

Thing is I dont even crave chicken anymore. At most minced meat and I bought some a while back and its still frozen in my freezer. I think to myself that i need to prepare it but I dont really want to eat that at all.

I basically eat eggs and sausages at most. I don't even like milk so I'm not drinking any of that. I do like cheese though.

Either way I read that tea is bad for anemia and i live off the stuff. So I probably have to cut back on my tea intake. Because i just drink cups of tea instead of having a meal, and then probably a slice of cheese or bread.
