The last time I was in Vegas (>10 years), I remember the Venetian had a few good restaurants inside. Also there's this famous buffet in Vegas that serves like ribeyes and top tier cuisine for like $30-$40.

Went to Nobu recently when I was staying at Creaser's Palace. Pretty good if you like seafood and small plates. The Spicy Tuna and Crispy rice was so good.

the bacchanal buffet. I didn't get a chance to go when I was there. It's closed during the mid week and only open for dinner which kind of sucks. If you want a decent all day buffet go to the Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan. Pretty decent bang for your buck.
