How do I go about reheating stirfry?
Just stirfry it again? I don't want it to get mushy but I made way too much last night because I had some vegetables I got on manager's special and I needed to use them up.

Get a oven ready pot, medium heat, into the oven, cover the top with tinfoil or partly with potlid. Usually how I do it. If you refry it you'll run the risk of drying it out too much. But you could work around that by adding some water.
