>a sheet on the table and they just toss the food on it

This is always the biggest question when I look around /wewantplates. There's no way they can. I don't know how they get away with it because most of the places that do this are "upscale" for lack of a better word.

I went to a steakhouse chain and I kid you not they served us a big bucket of peanuts in a metal bucket. Funny thing was we didn’t even order any peanuts
