>lots of strings with clothes hangers

>various logs and slabs of lumber
>a sheet on the table and they just toss the food on it

This is always the biggest question when I look around /wewantplates. There's no way they can. I don't know how they get away with it because most of the places that do this are "upscale" for lack of a better word.
