Fair, I could be wrong.

I, for one, am fucking disgusted whenever I see parents in public that let their kids play around on little pads all day. I went to a southern bbq place called lucille's a few days back and saw that. One kid was just sitting in the waiting room with his parents on a tablet doing who knows what, and did the same when they sat at their table later on.
It's kinda fucked and maybe you're right that these kinds of things are unprecedented and will cause serious problems.

Since this is the food board though. The food there was pretty bad. We had onion straws for an appetizer. It was a half order but we still nearly stuffed ourselves, having not even eaten a half of that reduced portion. The onion straws, btw, were sitting on a puddle of oil on the plate. To be fair the sauce for them was pretty nice. No biscuits with apple butter though, which was very dissapointing. I loved that apple butter when I was a kid and it had been years since the last time I went there. I ordered for my main course a pulled pork sammich with french fries and watermelon slices. The ketchup they served was plain heinz, standard faire but unacceptable. Ketchup should be made in-house in any restaurant but a fast food joint. The bbq sauce was bland. It tasted watered down. My fries were limp, very few were crispy at all, though the flavor was ok. The sandwich was sub-par to say the least. The pork was flavorless slop, apparently unseasoned and heightened only barely by the aforementioned bbq sauce which I drizzled over the top in its entirety. The buns of the sammich had become soggy from the drippings of the pork and had become inedible, as far as I was concerned, forcing me to abandon the main part of my meal and eat the pork separately with a fork. The watermelon slices and the sweet tea were pretty good tho.
