Yes, looks like a bad picture of a brownie, with a bunch of add-ins like chocolate chunks. It doesn't discredit fudgy brownies, though.
Here are some brownies I made! They aren't a box-mix, but there's not really any way to prove that, so just take my word for it. Also sorry there's cling wrap in the photo, I was retarded and didn't take any other pictures, and the brownies are all eaten by now.

Not him but here's the best brownie recipe in the world (imo)
>1cup8oz/240g unsalted butter, melted and cooled
>2tablespoons(30ml) vegetable oil1 >1/4cups(9oz/260g) white sugar
>1cup(7oz/200g) packed light brown sugar
>4(2oz/57g each) large eggs,at room temperature
>1tablespoon(15ml) pure vanilla extract
>3/4teaspoonsalt
>1cup(3.5oz/130g) all purpose flour
>1cup(3.5oz/100g) good quality, unsweetened cocoa powder7oz(200g) roughly chopped chocolate or large chocolate chips

bake at 350° for 25 minutes (til medium rare) and let cool.
