>ctrl f "shut"

You shut the oven door and open a window. That's all the greasy caked on shit on the bottom of your dirty oven you should scrape off.

Ovens are meant to be heat efficient, and it stands to reason that they don't allow much fresh air in. So you choke out this fire with the oven door, and don't pull it open again until whatever's burning has time to cool down a bit. Enjoy the smell of scorching carbon, you just got 1/3800's more of a chance of getting cancer.

If it's a gas oven, which this one is, make sure you don't have gas on fire that shouldn't be. So try to turn off the gas. Ovens with caked on carbon all over them tend to get damaged faster.

If you have gas on fire that shouldn't be, and you can't shut off the gas, you should probably prioritize extinguishing said fire more quickly. Do not use flour. Use salt. Use your girlfriend's potted plant if you've gotta. Flour is dangerous to use.

If you can't find any acceptable means of smothering a fire from gas leak in your oven, you should climb inside of the oven and let it burn you to death.

Yes, but real deep fryers have temperature control so they don't overheat, and they don't have an open heating element, it's concealed down inside the machine so oil can't splash on it.

Deep frying in hot oil in a pan over an stove burner is risky because it's easy to overheat the oil. It's actually hard to maintain the exact right temp. And when/if any oil does splash, it does straight onto the stove and ignites. Not recommended. If you're gonna fry in a hot pan, just use a moderate amount of oil stir-fry-style, not a pool of it deep-fry-style.

>Europeans are the focus of European ethnology, the field of anthropology related to the various INDIGENOUS groups that reside in the nations of Europe
>there are 87 distinct INDIGENOUS peoples of Europe
even politically correct wikipedia calls europeans indigenous. who are these "faggots who won't grant you that"? you already have been granted it
and i'm pretty sure 16299087 is actually telling people to call them indigenous exactly because it gets a rise out of people and you fed the troll.

Also, they make small colanders/fry baskets for this sort of thing. Slowly submerging the stuff you're frying helps reduce splash too. This guy just chucked a handful of frozen fries, full of water, into boiling oil

*shrug* Africans are indigenous to Africa, Europeans are indigenous to Europe. Your question is a troll.

You can thaw a fair bit faster in brine, but it still takes at least a full 24 day for larger birds.

Ya that's important too. Chucking the food instantly submerges them, maximizing the steam burst, as well as putting it UNDER the oil to really launch that oil skywards.

>who are these "faggots who won't grant you that"?
The United Nations, for one. They treat indigenous as a protected class, and Europeans aren't part of it.
>[indigenous people are] those which having a historical continuity with pre-invasion and pre-colonial societies that developed on their territories, consider themselves distinct from other sectors of societies now prevailing in those territories, or parts of them. They form at present non-dominant sectors of society and are determined to preserve, develop, and transmit to future generations their ancestral territories, and their ethnic identity, as the basis of their continued existence as peoples, in accordance with their own cultural patterns, social institutions and legal systems.
Maybe once Europeans are replaced they will be "non-dominant" and thenceforth deemed indigenous.
Consider also that Aryan is a naughty word, even though it means Indo European. I doubt whether anyone important could get away with calling themselves Indo European without being called a Nazi. Any kind of European pride simply isn't allowed.
I've never caused a fire in the kitchen, and I wouldn't know what to do if I did.

Turn off the heat and close that thing. The metal won't burn/melt so you just wait until the fire extinguishes and this shit becomes cold.
Then there is a lot of scrubbing gonna be involved after

google "turkey fryer". We have big yards, big houses, drive big stupid cars and deep fry the sacrificial turkey. Once a year sometimes we shoot a buck in the tits and make jerky. Come on down sometime

>they don't have an open heating element, it's concealed down inside the machine so oil can't splash on it.
They're also an absolute bitch to clean. It seems like every deep fryer I find either doesn't have a removable pot with the heating element concealed under the pot, or the pot is removable with the heating element sitting directly in the oil. Both setups are an absolute bitch to clean up all the oil from, and neither setup is dishwasher safe.

We got an outdoor fryer, massive, propane and all that. Turns out the bird we raised/killed was bigger than the fryer could handle. Had to bisect the big guy (30+ lbs.) just to get him to fit. Lifting that fucker onto a gambrel when it is alive is a hoot. Seems when you grab them by the legs they just kinda stop fighting, which is good cause the son of a bitch had a skull the size of my fist.
