I always try to have cold leftover sausages in the fridge which I wash down with an entire bottle of V8 juice, or just water if no V8

You'll wake up feeling a million bucks. The trick is to replenish your salts and leccylites BEFORE sleep, and pork sausage and V8 juice is the perfect cure

On a side note i like to have pickles and cheese in the morning, sometimes in bed if it's been a big one
