How do you feel about Ale-8, Kentucky's favorite soft drink?

>> No.16282531

I had one recently for the first time since I was a wee lad and it hit the spot alright.

>ginger and citrus
sounds pretty good, I like strong ginger ales like Reed's so I'd probably like this even though I've never tried it.
>twist-off cap
nice, I'll be able to open bottles by cramming them up my ass.

Too fucking good.

It's just alright. Seems like they've been expanding because I live in Tennessee and we have it now.

With Ale-8, KFC (and the objectively better Lee's) and Grippos you can easily see why the majority of Kentucky's population rides around on mobility scooters.

Weird that you never notice them since A) They're sold at every single gas/grocery/drug/liquor/convenience/dollar store in the entirety of 812, B) The bottles are glass and a distinct shade of green, they stand out amongst the sea of Coke/Pepsi goy poison.

They're really not, though. Admittedly they might be in gas station coolers as singles but I guess I've never looked for them. I've never seen 6/12 etc packs of them.

>> No.16284425

>>16284408
Also, I've never checked the dollar store since I rarely go there. Maybe they have it. I know places like Walmart and none of the liquor stores sell it around me.

It's my soda pop of choice.
Also, anytime I travel outside of KY I take a six-pack or two as they get me free drinks at bars where I know the bartenders.
