two sausages on a bun with sauerkraut and on the side some fried cabbage with onions and garlic and lemon. One sausage was spicy Thai chili and the other was a curry sausage. They were very nice but I could have chosen better toppings. The butcher near me has a billion different sausage types, so I’m trying all kinds of new ones to see what I like! After years of spicy Italian it’s nice to have some variety, but I’m learning different topping combinations. Sausage pepper and onion with a little kraut is great, but less conventional sausages probably pair better with other foods. Oh well, live and learn! still very tasty, I just know that I can achieve even tastier highs
