I've always felt like half of Gordon Ramsey's cooking is just a refusal to ever admit to his own food's potential shortcomings. That burger in the OP picture has all sorts of issues.

1) Too big to bite
2) Bun doesn't look particularly good. Sheen does not a good bun make
3) Not enough salad for crunch
